Loose Lay is the product we get asked for by name. The boards sit on a tacky backing rather than clicking together, so there is no expansion gap fight in a long room, and any single board can be lifted and dropped back in years later. In an open-plan home that runs from the front door to the back deck, that is a real advantage.
Narangba filled out through the 2000s, so most of what we see is slab-on-ground with open-plan living and three or four bedrooms. The floors going in now are the second set — the original builder-grade carpet and tile has done its twenty years and people are moving to hybrid or loose lay through the living zone with fresh carpet in the bedrooms.
