The boards sit on a tacky backing rather than clicking together, so there is no expansion gap fight in a long room, and any single board can be lifted and dropped back in years later. In an open-plan home that runs from the front door to the back deck, that is a real advantage.
Morayfield is where Adaptive Flooring is based, so it is the suburb we know best. The housing runs from the 1990s and 2000s brick-and-tile homes through the middle of the suburb out to the newer estates — four bedrooms, open-plan living, and almost always the same brief: hard floor through the living areas, carpet in the bedrooms.
