Adaptive Flooring launched in 2021 with one aim — give people on the north side a flooring contractor who actually turns up. Since then Eli and the team have laid floors in homes, offices, rentals and even the odd caravan, servicing both residential and commercial properties to produce results that are second to none.
The business is small on purpose. The person who measures your floor is the person who lays it, which means nothing gets lost between the quote and the job — and the quote stays honest, because there’s no sales margin to pad out.
Whether it’s a single damaged plank or a full commercial fit-out, no job is too big or too small.

If we say Tuesday, it’s Tuesday. Punctuality shows up in nearly every review we’ve had.
Prep properly
The subfloor decides how the finish looks in five years. We don’t rush it to save an hour.
Price straight
Competitive quotes with nothing hidden. What’s on the quote is what you pay.
Clean up
Old carpet, underlay and offcuts gone. We leave the place swept.
