The boards sit on a tacky backing rather than clicking together, so there is no expansion gap fight in a long room, and any single board can be lifted and dropped back in years later. In an open-plan home that runs from the front door to the back deck, that is a real advantage.
North Lakes turns over faster than most suburbs around it. A lot of what we are asked for is time-sensitive: a re-carpet before a property goes to market, a turnover between tenants, or a hard floor going in before a family moves in. All of those live or die on the date, so we book them tight and finish when we said we would.
