Burpengary splits into two jobs. In the estates it is standard family housing with generous living areas, and the usual brief is hard floor through the middle of the house with carpet in the bedrooms and on the stairs. Out on the acreage blocks the floor areas get big, and the maths on price per square metre starts to matter a lot.
Either way the quote works the same: an on-site measure, a written price covering supply, removal and installation, and no line items appearing later. Bigger floor areas usually mean better buying, and we pass that through rather than hiding it.
