On a build or a reno, flooring is one of the last trades in and the first thing anyone notices. We book to your program, keep the product on site only as long as it needs to be, and lay to a standard that will pass a handover inspection rather than one that just gets you to practical completion.
Burpengary splits into two jobs. In the estates it is standard family housing with generous living areas, and the usual brief is hard floor through the middle of the house with carpet in the bedrooms and on the stairs. Out on the acreage blocks the floor areas get big, and the maths on price per square metre starts to matter a lot.
